SUPERMASSIVE EXPERIENCE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets to and attendance at the SUPERMASSIVE Experience (“The Experience”) operated by YesThing LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1.2 By purchasing tickets to The Experience and/or attending The Experience, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase tickets or attend The Experience.
1.3 We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
1.4 We may amend these Terms from time to time without notice. The Terms in force at the time of your ticket purchase will apply to your booking.

2. TICKET PURCHASE AND VALIDITY
2.1 Each ticket admits one person for the specified date and time only.
2.2 All ticket prices include VAT at the current applicable rate.
2.3 Tickets are valid for single use only. Re-entry requires the purchase of a new ticket.
2.4 All booking details, including personal information, must be accurate at the time of purchase.
2.5 Tickets may not be duplicated, copied, or reproduced in any way.
2.6 We reserve the right to deny entry or subject visitors to security screening at our discretion.
2.7 The content of The Experience, opening hours, and accessible areas may change without prior notice.
2.8 All visitors enter The Experience at their own risk. However, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
3. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND SUPERVISION
3.1 Adult tickets are for individuals aged 16 years and over.
3.2 Child tickets are for individuals aged 3 to 15 years inclusive.
3.3 Children under 3 years of age may enter free of charge.
3.4 All visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied and directly supervised at all times by an individual aged 18 years or over.
3.5 At least one adult ticket must be purchased with any child ticket(s).
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Ticket prices may vary by date, time, and availability.
4.2 Ticket prices are only confirmed at the point of purchase.
4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
4.4 All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.
5. TICKET TRANSFERABILITY AND REFUNDS
5.1 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly set out in these Terms.
5.2 Tickets are void if altered, tampered with, or modified in any way.
5.3 Tickets resold or offered for resale for profit or commercial gain are rendered invalid.
5.4 Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. We recommend keeping tickets safe and secure.
5.5 Promotional tickets or discounted tickets are offered subject to availability and specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
6. ARRIVAL AND ENTRY
6.1 Visitors should arrive at least 15 minutes before their allocated time slot.
6.2 Late arrivals may be moved to the next available time slot, subject to availability, or denied entry if all slots are full.
6.3 Digital tickets must be shown on a mobile device or as a printed copy upon arrival.
6.4 The lead booker may be required to present valid photo identification matching the name on the booking.
7. BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
7.1 Requests to modify bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit, subject to availability.
7.2 The first booking change is free of charge. Subsequent modifications will incur an administrative fee of £5 per booking.
7.3 Moving bookings between peak and off-peak periods may require additional payment to cover any price difference.
7.4 Requests to change the lead booker name must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the visit and must come from the original purchase account.
7.5 All modification requests must be submitted via email to info@supermassive.uk.
8. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
8.1 The lead booker must be at least 18 years of age.
8.2 By making a booking, the lead booker confirms they are authorized to purchase tickets on behalf of all attendees included in the booking.
8.3 The lead booker is responsible for communicating these Terms to all members of their party.
9. SPECIAL EVENTS
9.1 Special events hosted by SUPERMASSIVE are subject to these Terms unless otherwise specified.
10. COMMERCIAL USAGE
10.1 Tickets are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
10.2 Tickets may not be used as prizes in promotions or as part of hospitality packages without our prior written consent.
11. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
11.1 No refunds will be issued for inability to attend, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, or personal circumstances, except where legally required.
11.2 In the event The Experience is closed entirely, affected tickets may be exchanged for an alternative date or refunded at our discretion. No additional compensation will be provided.
11.3 Partial closure or alteration of The Experience does not entitle visitors to a refund.
11.4 Force majeure events (including but not limited to acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake, or other natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority) that necessitate closure will be handled in accordance with clause 11.2.
12. VISITOR CONDUCT
12.1 Visitors must follow all reasonable instructions given by our staff.
12.2 The following are strictly prohibited within The Experience:
- Smoking or vaping
- Pets (except for registered assistance dogs)
- Consumption of food and drink outside of designated areas
- Weapons or items that could be used as weapons
- Illegal substances and outside alcohol
- Entry into restricted or staff-only areas
- Disruptive, threatening, or offensive behavior
- Any behavior that may cause damage to The Experience or discomfort to other visitors
12.3 We reserve the right to remove visitors who violate these prohibitions without refund.
12.4 Security checks may be performed upon entry. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry without refund.
13. ACCESSIBILITY AND CARERS
13.1 Carers accompanying visitors with special needs may enter free of charge when the requirement for a carer has been indicated in the special accessibility requirements section during the booking process.
13.2 Carers must present one of the following documents upon arrival:
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter
- Disability Living Allowance entitlement letter
- Doctor’s letter
- Freedom Pass or Blue Badge
- DID card or Access Card
- Rainbow Resource card
- Pink Card
13.3 One free carer entry is available per eligible visitor.

14. LIABILITY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
14.1 YesThing LTD accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to The Experience.
14.2 Visitors are advised not to bring large bags or valuable items to The Experience.
15. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
15.1 Photography and filming for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes may take place at The Experience.
15.2 Entry to The Experience implies consent to the capture and use of your image in photographs, films, and recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.
15.3 Copyright for any promotional media remains with YesThing LTD or our authorized partners.
15.4 Visitors who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should notify a member of staff upon arrival.
15.5 Personal photography and filming for non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise indicated in specific areas.
16. FLASHING LIGHTS AND SENSORY EFFECTS
16.1 The Experience may include the use of flashing lights, rapid light sequences, loud sounds, and immersive sensory effects.
16.2 These effects may not be suitable for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, light sensitivities, sensory sensitivities, or other similar conditions. Visitor discretion is advised.
16.3 By attending The Experience, you acknowledge that you have been informed of these potential risks and accept full responsibility for your participation.
16.4 If you are unsure whether The Experience is safe for you or any member of your party, we recommend consulting a medical professional prior to attendance.
17. DATA PROTECTION
17.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.supermassive.uk/privacy or upon request to privacy@supermassive.uk.
17.2 By purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
18. GENERAL
18.1 These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18.2 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18.3 No failure or delay by YesThing LTD to exercise any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
18.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between YesThing LTD and visitors regarding ticket purchase and attendance at The Experience.
18.5 Final discretion on the enforcement and interpretation of these Terms lies with YesThing LTD.
