Accessibility

We’re committed to making our venue as welcoming and accessible as possible for everyone.

Getting Here and Accessing the Venue

Our venue is located on a rooftop and is currently accessed by stairs. A stair climber is available for anyone who may need assistance. We’re also working on more options to make access even easier — please check back before your visit for the latest updates.

Once you’re up on the rooftop, the entire venue is step-free, and ramps are in place wherever needed to help visitors using mobility devices move around comfortably.

Visitors Using Mobility Devices

We welcome visitors who use wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids. Our team is trained to assist with the stair climber if needed to access the rooftop.

If you’re using a particularly large or motorized device, just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure everything goes smoothly for you.

Carers and Personal Assistants

If you need a carer or personal assistant to help you during your visit, we offer a free ticket for them.

When booking, please let us know in the “Special Accessibility Requirements” section so we can have everything ready for you. On the day, carers and assistants will need to show one of the following:

Hidden Disabilities and Sensory Needs

Not all disabilities are visible — if you or someone in your group needs a little extra support, just let us know in the “Special Accessibility Requirements” section when booking. We’re happy to make adjustments wherever we can.

The experience is designed to be a fully immersive audiovisual journey, featuring moving imagery, flashing lights, and a musical soundtrack. Although there are no strobe effects, the environment is lively and sensory-rich, and may feel intense for some visitors.

SEN-Friendly Sessions

We’re excited to be introducing special SEN-friendly sessions designed for visitors with sensory sensitivities. These quieter, calmer sessions will feature reduced capacity and adjusted sound and lighting levels.

Dates and times for SEN sessions are still being finalized — please keep an eye on our website or join our mailing list to be the first to hear when they are announced!

Assistance Animals

Registered assistance animals are welcome at the venue — just make sure they are clearly identifiable.
